La tradicion del vendedor.
Selling food and craft at a Puerto Rican festival is a tradition that reaches back past this one day. It is the lechoneras on the side of the road in Guavate, the kioskos in Luquillo, the artisan in the plaza in Old San Juan on a Sunday afternoon.
The vendor row at A Taste of Puerto Rico is a small version of that. Local cooks who know what arroz con gandules is supposed to taste like. Makers who cut, sew, paint, and carve by hand.

Food
Hot food cooked on site. One space is $250, two spaces side by side $450.
Drinks
Coffee, juices, and other non-alcoholic drinks. One space is $200, two spaces side by side $360.
Craft or art
Handmade work: art, jewellery, clothing, woodwork. One space is $150, two spaces side by side $270.
Community group
Churches, nonprofits, and neighbourhood groups with something to tell people about. One space is $100, two spaces side by side $180.
